This 11th floor condo in Paraiso I Costa Bonita overlooks the beautiful Pacific Ocean. It is in a secure location on the most beautiful beach in Mazatlan. The access to the condo is by private elevator, or gated secure entrance. The furnishings are top of the line, the living room has a 32" flat screen TV with DVD player, but the best view is the one of the ocean, beach, and mountains.
This room has access to the terrace, which has a table and four chairs for outside dining, or watching the beautiful sunsets, or maybe catching the "green flash"!
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, with Pottery Barn linens. It also has access to the terrace overlooking the ocean. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, with bench, and double sinks. The walk-in closet is complete with built-ins to make unpacking quick and easy.
The second bedroom has twin beds, but can be converted to a king without difficulty. The bathroom for this bedroom is accessible from this room, and the hallway.
The kitchen has granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The water is filtered, and the refrigerator has an ice maker. In case you would like to cook, the condo is well equipped, with top of the line pots & pans, dishes, wine glasses and serving dishes. A blender, crockpot, coffee pot, and a toaster is also included.
The dining room has six chairs and a table, for those evenings of dining at home. Matching table linens included.
A full size washer/dryer is located in a separate laundry room.
If you want to venture outside the condo, Mazatlan has a lot to offer, and transportation is always available. A cab or the public bus is available at the front of the condo entrance.The property has 24 hour manned security, street side and beach side.
The Palapa bar serves great food at great prices until 4:00 pm daily. Drinks served until 8:00 pm. Another good place to watch the sunset.
This unit was our vacation home until we bought a larger unit in Feb. 2009.
Paraiso is a unique resort, with many owners living there year round and many living there 4-6 months. It is a mature community, so if you are looking for a quiet, sunny, beautiful resort where you can relax, read and enjoy our condo, this is the place for you.

Year Purchased: 2007
Retired Couple spending between 4-6 months in Mazatlan. The remainder of the year is spent traveling or at our home in Missouri. We love sharing our home here in Mazatlan with our 4 adult children and grandchildren. Our dog Chico travels with us and you will see him around Paraiso. Our new condo is just next door at Paraiso II.

Have traveled Mexico for 30 years, and decided that Mazatlan was the place to call home. Paraiso is a quality condo project and was built by a quality builder.

My husband and I stayed at the Paraiso for our honeymoon, and it was fabulous! The property was very beautiful and the staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.. very quiet beach and just a short cab ride away from the excitement of the Golden Zone. We would recommend this property to absolutely anyone. We will be going back next year for sure.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My husband and I with our teen daughters had a wonderful week at this beautiful Paraiso condo. The condo is nicely furnished and we were very comfortable. The building and all facilities were clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed lots of time on the beach, in the ocean and pool. We even treated our twins to a relaxing massage at the onsite spa. My husband and I worked out nearly everyday with cardio and weights in the little studio gym. We hated to leave at week's end.

My husband and I and our 2 children (ages 8 and 12) stayed at this condo in 2008 and liked it so much we rented it again in February 2009. Very nice unit, very nice complex. The pool and Palapa bar are perfect for relaxing and my personal favorite is the 10 steps to the ocean front chairs. Luxury!!! We played tennis with our children, went on sunset beach walks in the evenings and the facility arranged for me to have 2 massages at my convenience. We ate one night at the restaurant next door but really didn't feel a need to leave the grounds (other than to grocery and trinket shop) We ate at the Palapa Bar for breakfast and lunch everyday...very reasonably priced. This unit is very well appointed. It would be rated 5 star.

Fantastic views, with delux comfort. HAPPY HOUR at the pool side bar, every hour was happy with the best service a extremly low prices. Not only are the employees friendly so are the owners and guests. Can not wait for my next visit and I will stay at Paradiso Costa Bonita. Look to the heavens for my star rating.

This is a beautiful condo. It is right on the ocean with a beautiful view and a wonderful breeze that will travel through the entire condo for the freshest of sea air!! It is very spacious with lots of privacy in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook but the condo has a wonderful small bar and restaurant around the pool with very reasonably priced drinks and food, and, it is very good food! The grounds are kept up extremely well with an outgoing and friendly staff for your every need. I would highly recommend this gorgeous place to anyone wanting a great time!
