Imagine relaxing on a private backyard patio, enjoying stunning views of the Santa Rosa Mountains, Palmer Private Golf Course (host of the PGA Bob Hope Classic Golf Tournament), and lake situated on the course. An end unit perched near the sixth hole green and seventh hole tee, the backyard patio is away from the cart path for premium privacy and seclusion, and offers some of the best views in all of PGA West.
The patio has a large outdoor table, chairs and barbecue, enabling you to dine while taking in the views of the mountains and lake, a gorgeous sunset, or a round of golfers.
MODEL HOME ENVIRONMENT
Imagine walking into a luxurious model home, with designer furniture, travertine floors, and a remodeled kitchen for you to enjoy! Upgraded and remodeled throughout, the Condo is a single-story, 1674 square feet end unit with three bedrooms and two full baths.
The spacious family and dining rooms provide spectacular views of the golf course and Santa Rosa Mountains from all angles. They provide the perfect environment for relaxing with a custom remodeled fireplace, bar, recessed lighting, plantation shutters, and entertainment unit with sound-system and built-in speakers.
The recently remodeled kitchen boasts new cabinets, stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), Viking Stove, travertine back-splash, and all of the dishes, glasses, pots, pans and appliances (including toaster and coffee-maker) that you will need.
The three bedrooms and two baths can easily handle six people, with one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds (which can be turned into one king bed with the provided adapter). The master bedroom has its own private patio.
The master also has its own bathroom, highlighted by travertine countertops and walls, and a huge custom tub. If you need to work or check email, one of the bedrooms has built-in office furniture with high-speed internet access (free unlimited use). All of the bedrooms have their own television.
The Condo has a washer and dryer, and two-car garage with driveway for your convenience.
