A beautiful executive 3 bedroom lakefront home located in a very private setting on lake Michigan. Incredible sunsets are are beyond comparison. There is a gazebo by the water. It is a great place to enjoy the sunsets or a romantic place to dine. An outdoor fireplace creates another venue to enjoy the every changing beauty of Lake Michigan. It is located adjacent to a covered outdoor dining area. This same deck area reaches out to a stone encased Hot Tub. All this romantically lighted by torches. Torches also light your way down to the beach where a fire pit is surrounded by Adirondack chairs where you can picnic and relax as the sun settles in to the horizon. There is a unique waterfront golf driving range. Also, the association has tennis courts. The property also connects to the bike path that spans from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs. Long walks or bike rides along the shoreline are just out your door.
Once inside you are greeted by a designer kitchen with granite tops and top of the line appliances. The great room and dining room adjoin the kitchen. All have open views of the water and the gas fireplace. A stereo system adds to the enjoyment indoors and out.
All the bedrooms are like master suites with their own baths and private decks overlooking Lake Michigan.
