LOCATED 50' FROM THE BEST SURFING COVE IN MAUI WITH AN UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEW, our condo is on the second floor of a FRIENDLY 16 unit complex.
From the living room and private lanai you will have VIEWS FROM MAKENA TO THE WEST MAUI MOUNTAINS, including views of the islands of Molokini, Kahoolawe and Lanai.
We even have our own tiny island that you can walk out to through the shallow, sandy waters off our beach. The BEACH IS 50' FROM OUR CONDO with stand up paddle boarding, surfing, kayaking, snorkeling and fishing all year long.
There is also a park with a playground, volleyball court, baseball field and two skating complexes. The living room and lanai have views of sunsets, whales during season, surfers and outriggers (the Wailea Outrigger Club parks their boats right out front).
DO YOU WANT TO LEARN TO SURF? Next door you can sign up for surf/paddleboard lessons and rent surfboards, stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, snorkel/dive equipment and bicycles. The lessons take place across the street, no driving required.. From your home you can walk 5 miles along beaches and trails to the southern end of Wailea.
Groceries, restaurants, car and motor scooter rentals, shops and the new Maui bus are within 2-3 blocks. Harley Davidson motorcycles and scooter rentals are also within walking distance. You could spend your vacation without a car or just rent one for a few days for special trips.
We offer lower rates because we don't have to pay a management company. We stay here at our Maui condo part time keeping it upgraded with TLC. It has complete recent upgrades including new oversize tile shower, granite countertops, wood cabinets, tile floors, appliances, propane Weber BBQ and furniture. The loft is accessed by a ship's ladder.
There are 2 TV's, an HD in the living room (with movie channels) and a small regular one in the master bedroom, both wall mounted.

Year Purchased: 2002
We discovered Hawaii 18 years ago and explored every island and every beach on each island. We decided that the beaches off South Maui were the very best. From there we searched for the smallest, friendliest ocean view second home we could find. This is a picture of us hiking in the West Maui mountains. Behind us you can see the shores of South Kihei.

South Kihei has the easiest access to the best beaches on Maui. Also, beach parking is free! We never get tired of watching the action taking place in the cove.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Watching whales and surfers from our living room and lanai, walking miles of beaches from our condo, affordable restaurants and shopping within a couple blocks walk. We love to take our one minute walk to the ocean's edge and spend an hour watching the sunset (which can also be seen from our living room and lanai). We have easy access into the water with our kayaks. We've recently taken up stand up paddle boarding (fun and sore, but a good workout). Our cove is a favorite for locals and visitors. The Wailea Outrigger Club parks right in front of our condo and can be seen going out every morning and evening during sunset.

We would again like to thank the owners of this little gem for a wonderful return stay. As usual the condo was in great shape and we loved the upgrades. Once again we had all we needed to make our stay comfortable and allow us to enjoy paradise. Can't say enough about the location and bang for your buck. Can't wait till we can stay again. Just completing a 12 day stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful ocean view and breezes. We had four adults for part of the trip and it is a little tight with that many people but definitely do-able. The owners maintain this unit to the max and are awesome to deal with. The stairs are a little steep if you have problems with climbing stairs but other than that, this place is a great deal and we so loved our stay. This is our sixth trip to Maui and cannot wait to return again.

My wife and I, along with our eldest adult daughter, stayed at the cond from Aug 7 to 17/10. This clean, well kept condo was everything as described, and the owners kept in close contact with us, before and after our vacation to ensure everything was in order. The condo is within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and a rental shop, for surf equipment and lessons, is next door. We used this central location for day trips all over the island and enjoyed having the parking space right behind the condo. The maps and brochures provided in the condo were great. Make sure you also take advantage of all the beach accessories provided, ie the chairs, mats, umbrellas, and coolers - we appreciated these and used them. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai early in the morning, having breakfast, and watching the surf crowd get started each day and then enjoying a drink in the evenings watching the beach volleyball games and shoreline fishing. Try the BBQ, as it works like a charm. The washer and dryer were easy to use, and were used. We took our laptop and the connections worked with no problem- next time we will hook up the printer and print off our boarding passes in advance. For sure we will come back. Tks

We stayed at this lovely condo April 26th to May 11th 2010 had had a simply wonderful time. The owners have equipped their condo with everything you need to simple just sit back and enjoy paradise. They went way above and beyond our expectations to make our stay marvelous. The reservation process was effortless and went very smooth. The condo complex is well kept by the on site caretakers. The location is second to none, close to shopping and restaurants and right across the street from the beach. The sunsets were spectacular. The pool was refreshing and for the most part it was ours alone. We had the opportunity to meet the owners and they are fantastic people. Can't wait to get back to Maui and specifically this condo in the Kihei Parkshore hopefully in Oct/Nov this year. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone who is looking to spend time in the Kihei area. We just can't say enough. Vince and Karen

We spent a week in this unit in early March with our daughter, son-in-law and 18 month old grandson. It was fabulous, an excellent location and fully equiped unit, we could not have asked for better value for the dollar. The owners will go above and beyond to accomodate any requests, they are amazing. Would return to this unit in a heartbeat!
