Our house is an "upside down" design with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on first floor and a great room, kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the second floor. There is parking off street for up to 6 cars. There are 4 decks - 2 off front bedrooms (1 with partial ocean view) 2 off back of house (1 off great room, 1 off master bedroom) both have unobstructed bay views. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher. Lots of seating inside and large table with umbrella on the deck. Enjoy dining outside while watching the sunset.
For health and safety concerns, this rental property is smoke and pet free.
Included are 4 beach badges, beach chairs, bicycles, boogie boards and beach toys for your enjoyment. There are 3 TV's, 1 new large flat screen in the greatroom, 2 in bedrooms.
