Our house is an "upside down" design with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on first floor and a great room, kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the second floor. There is parking off street for up to 6 cars. There are 4 decks - 2 off front bedrooms (1 with partial ocean view) 2 off back of house (1 off great room, 1 off master bedroom) both have unobstructed bay views. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher. Lots of seating inside and large table with umbrella on the deck. Enjoy dining outside while watching the sunset.

We love Sea Isle and have owned a property for over 20 years. Each year gets better and better as far as Sea Isle's quality of life. We are looking forward to the opening of the new library this spring.
Why the Owner Chose Sea Isle City
We are 1 block from the start of the promanade where we love to walk and bike. We can also walk to restaurants and shops. This year the new bandstand will open featuring movies, live music, plays and entertainment for all family members.
