Second stay here. Both times the condo was very clean. It's located close (within walking distance) to a park, the library, Starbucks and Einstein Bagels. I would definitely recommend this condo.

We stayed at this beautiful townhouse during our first trip to Denver over spring break. It was perfectly located for our needs. It was much more spacious than I expected and was very nicely appointed. The owners were very accommodating to our requests and dealt with any issues that came up to our complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend staying here, especially families. We hope to return again in the near future.

Condo was great. We had plenty of room (it is much larger than what the pictures showed). Very clean. The location was fantastic. Within walking distance, there was a great park for the kids and a library. At night, we walked down to Starbuck and grabbed a coffee and used the free Wifi. We were less than 2 hours from Breckenridge and went skiing for the day. Our boys were quite excited to find toys to play with and bunk beds. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was great to work with and got back promptly to any questions, etc.

The Highlands Ranch condo is in a great location and is extremely comfortable. The property is well maintained and offers upscale amenities. Having a garage was a nice feature and the layout of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms was great for family and guests. Nearby are recreational areas, restaurants and shopping, and business districts. The owner was very responsive to all questions throughout the process. We have family in the Denver area and will definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with everything this brownstone had to offer. We are a family of 6 and had plenty of room. The bunkbeds in the den worked out great for sleeping arrangements and having 3 bathrooms was a plus!! The kids also enjoyed all the toys that were there. Owner was a great communicator. Great place, great location! Plan on staying there everytime we visit the Denver area. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this brownstone very much. If anything, the listing and pictures on VRBO did not do justice to this property. The place was immaculate, well appointed with amenities and well maintained. The bedrooms had plenty of room and we appreciated the fact that there were three large bathrooms. The kitchen and living room areas were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and large flat screen TV with cable programming and a DVR. The location was ideal--close to stores, library, restaurants, etc. Getting there from Denver International Airport was very easy. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. When we visit Denver in the future, we hope to stay at this townhouse again. And yes, we would recommend it to friends and relatives who might be visiting this area.

The property is very nice and spacious and comes equipped with many amentities.. However, the only thing we did not realize is that it does not have internet service. It was nice to have a garage. Location is easy to get to and close to grocery store and restaurants etc.

Highlands Ranch is an interesting community with many handy amentities. We appreciated the convenience of free WiFi at the public library, Starbucks, and Tattered Cover Book Store. The condo is within walking distance of groceries, shopping malls, and the library. The townhome, itself, was clean and thoughtfully appointed. We were appreciative of the surprises in the refrigerator and herbs in the pantry. I prefer cooking my own meals and found perfect condiments already there. Having a garage entrance was an advantage as we had a six inch snow the morning of our departure. It was a pleasure to pack the car in a covered garage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. It was very clean and very well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances and the pantry is well stocked with anything you might need. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants, shopping and golf courses nearby. It is one of the best condos that we have rented through VRBO.

Excellent experience. We rented this Brownstone while in town for a family wedding. The accomodations were actually more expansive than we had anticipated. The kitchen was well equipped and it was perfect for preparing a family picnic we hosted in a lovely nearby park. The master bedroom and bath were large and welcoming. The second bedroom had a double bed also with an attached bath. The partially open to the family room study on the main floor had a set of bunkbeds which our boys prompttly claimed as their own. A full bath was adjacent. A garage ddor opener for the attached garage is also provided. The area was lovely. Definitely a safe and desireable environment. We enjoyed the close proximity to a wonderful bookstore and several excellent restaurants including "The Egg and I" breakfast spot. All in all we had a wonderful experience. Communication between the owner and us was excellent. We got the directions and code 2 days before our rental period. Our deposit was refunded promptly. The unit was clean and bright. We will definitely use and recommend this property to all. Unfortunately for us, once the word gets out on this great value it will be less available for our use. You will not be disappointed!

Our family (3 adults and 1 toddler) enjoyed our stay at this Littleton townhome very much during our recent trip to CO. The home is very clean, spacious, and the location is absolutely perfect! We loved being able to walk to the book store, coffee shop, library, park, and shops. We were also just a short car trip away from the lovely Park Meadows Mall and the Wildlife Experience museum. This rental worked out perfectly for our toddler as well since they have a high chair, travel crib, etc provided. Michael was a pleasure to work with and very accomodating to our scheduling needs. We would definitely stay at this townhome again for future trips to CO.

I was a little hesitant since it was the first time I rent a place through vrbo but my experience with the place and the owner was superb. The place is in a brand new community very close to a shopping area. If you are going to visit Denver you must definitely consider this place as option # 1.
