A designer swimming-pool directly accessible from the terrace is complemented by opulent poolside seating and a comfortably-upholstered sunbathing pad.
Additional features include an attractive al fresco dining area, a separate, well-equipped children’s play area, well-tended lawns and extensive terrace furniture.
The accommodation, designed for ten guests, includes an enormous living-room with picture windows looking out over the gardens, a generously-dimensioned dining- and breakfast-room, and three large bedrooms furnished in minimalist style with king-size beds, generous wardrobe space and luxuriously-fitted en-suite bathrooms.
There are also two children’s bedrooms each with twin beds and sharing a bathroom and playroom. Natural wood and stone have been extensively used throughout this spacious property, which offers separate accommodation for domestic staff and garaging for 2 cars.
There is a large living area exquisitely furnished with an oriental touch, with three large sofas, two arm chairs, a large wooden coffee table, LCD TV, DVD and music system. A further 3 sofas are situated at the far end of this large living room.
This room, with views of the swimming pool and garden, has sliding doors that open up to the pool area and chill out area around the pool.
The large kitchen and dining area, on the left side of the entrance, is fully equipped with fridge freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher and a large square wood table that seat 8 people. Independent laundry room.
Off the living area there is a small guest toilet. To the right of the living area is a 10 meter passage leading to the master bedroom with en-suite dressing area and en-suite bathroom with separate bath and a walk in shower with views to a private Japanese garden and access from the bedroom to the garden with private porch with two sun loungers and a glass table, ideal for a private breakfast.
Top floor: There are four bedrooms; 1 double ,1 twin (2 beds 1.00 m x 2.00 m placed together) both of these bedrooms have large oriental cupboards and en-suite bathrooms and access to private terrace.
The other two bedrooms are for children and both are identical with 2 single beds (0.80 m x 1.80 m) in each. They share a large bathroom and a living – play area and have access to their own terrace.
Access to these rooms is through a long 10 meter passage. The heated Swimming pool (11.00 m x 4.00 m), surrounded by teak floor but separated from the rest of the garden by a glass division making it child safe, is well equipped with comfortable futons, ideal for sun-worshipers.
