The condo was a perfect size for my husband and myself. The location couldn't be better. The unit was clean with comfortable furniture and updated tile. The hot tub was great and the pool perfect after skiing. I'd recommend this unit for two. Although we didn't use the sleeper sofa I am sure it would be great for a guest.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

The place is small and worth every dollar. Every inch of space is used with the intention that it is a place to prep, rest, and regroup because 100 yards away is the Gondola and the base. Free shuttle bus right outside takes you downtown every 20 minutes until 2am, grocery and liquors across the street, the balcony overlooks hot tub and pool, and there's complimentary coffee, cocoa and cookies in the lobby. It fits two comfortably and though the TV leaves something to be desired on downtime the unit is priced right, placed perfectly, and hassle-free.

This condo was perfect for our 4-day getaway to Steamboat. It is a short walk to the Gondola and the restaurants and bars nearby. The hot tub is large and felt great after time spent on the slopes. The condo itself was a good size for the 2 of us, but I'm glad we didn't bring 4 as it would have been a bit too cozy. Uncle Peter may suggest that you bring slippers, and I would definitely do that because the tile floors were freezing. If you plan on doing any baking, beware that the oven runs about 75 degrees hot.

I had a great experience staying in this studio. The location is perfect. ski in-out. no need to deal with shuttles which is very nice. The studio was very cute & comfortable with 3 girls staying there. The underground garage was a nice feature as it was snowing a lot during out stay and we didn't have to dig out the car :D Also, Peter was very easy to deal with and extremely accommodating. We had last minute changes to our itinerary and Peter was able to accommodate that without any problem. We felt very comfortable - as if I am staying at my friend's place! Thank you so much! I would love to come back and stay here again!!

We had 2 wonderful stays in January with our little kids learning to ski. Awesome location and very clean and comfortable studio. With kids it feels bigger than the 1 bedrooms we stay in. We will be back next year!

My husband and I stayed with our 8 year old daughter at this condo Jan 2011. The condo is very clean and had remodeling updates in the bath & kitchen. This is a great location- an easy walk to the gondola as well as an easy walk to the beginner chairs. There is plenty of room for four people..... We cooked all meals at the condo, though it's an easy walk or drive to restaurants. The snow flower outdoor pool is surprisingly warm and very clean. Between the hot tub and pool, I was able to be outside with my daugher for two hours without getting cold! We worked with Peter who managed the condo- a very nice guy and helpful. Parking was an issue for us because we have an SUV with a carrier, so we found outside parking. I definitely recommmend this condo! PS free cookies and hot chocolate were served in the condo lobby which spaciously hosts a spot for quiet games or puzzles- Condo staff is very nice and helpful.

Superb mountain location for access to ski hill

We stayed at this condo December 18, 19, and 20 and had a great time snowmobiling Rabbit Ears and skiing at the mountain. The condo was very clean and the hot tub was a fabulous treat after playing in the cold all day. Peter was extremely accessible and a helpful local guide. There is plenty of closet space. The one thing that could have made it better: amenities. There wasn't any shampoo, body soap or conditioner. But, Peter might add that to the amenities as I think we may have been the first once to stay after the remodel. The location is truly walking distance to the slopes. For restaurants, skip the Truffle Pig (poor service) and head straight for the sushi restaurant Saketumi. We ate there twice!!!
