Our ski in condo is located at the base of Steamboat Springs Ski Area and only 300 yards from the gondola!! We are located within a walking distance to several amenities that include a market, restaurant, liquor store, ski rentals, and night life. If you need a lift into town we are on the free bus route.
The condo comes with everything you need including a newly remodeled kitchen, with all the accessories, a full updated bath, queen size Murphy bed, community BBQ, and a queen size sofa sleeper bed. A large south facing, private balcony overlooks the pool and views of the South valley.
The room has free Wi-Fi internet access and a complimentary computer in the lobby. Enjoy the year round hot tub and swimming pool. Located downstairs are the washers, dryers and covered parking.

Year Purchased: 2007
I manage my father's beautiful condo here in Steamboat. We've lived here since April of 2007. We ventured out here from Florida to be closer to our family and the snow! The snow here is unlike anywhere else on Earth. Every time some of our friends and visitors come to visit they say the same thing!
