Our home is a beautifully updated 3 bedroom home within walking distance of Venice Beach and downtown Venice. You'll love Venice's beaches with miles of white sand offering plenty of opportunities to swim, fish, walk and search for shells and Venice's famous shark's teeth. Venice's quaint downtown has fine restaurants and lots of shopping.
Our home has new tile floors and a new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances and updated bathrooms. There is a large heated pool, 18 * 36 feet, with lots of space for lounge chairs, a new white vinyl fence for privacy and a comfortable shaded pergola for outdoor dining and relaxation. There is a washer and dryer in the attached 2 car garage. 4 bikes are provided for your use on the many intercoastal bike trails in Venice. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen size bed. Two bedrooms share one full bath and the third has its own bathroom. There is a third full bathroom accessed from the outdoor pool area. The house has lots of room to spread out with over 2,000 square feet of living space.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
After years of searching we were most fortunate to find our dream house on Venice Island. As one visitor said, "It is a slice of paradise" Venice Island is our favorite place in the area because of its proximity to the ocean, downtown Venice and the intercoastal waterway. We wish we could spend more time at the house but we are still working our jobs running a restaurant in New Hampshire but we try to get away to Venice whenever we can. The open floor plan of our house, gulf breezes and quiet backyard make this a spectacular vacation spot.

We love riding our bikes along the intercoastal to Casperson's Beach and walking downtown for dinner..
