This newly redecorated, 3 bedroom/3 bath, penthouse condo overlooks the sugar white sands and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Please be aware that our condo is a non-smoking condo even on the balcony.
Views of the gulf from the master bedroom and living area balcony are breathtaking, and the back view of Ono Island and Perdido Pass is a beach lover's paradise!
Leave your worries behind the minute you step into this carefree home-away-from-home. Every attention to detail has been given to this condo from the bright and cheery living/dining area to the soothing bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and dining needs, new appliances, and granite counter tops. A breakfast bar with seating for 4 separates the kitchen and dining areas.
The dining table seats 6 comfortably. A wet bar with ice maker is located just steps from the living area which has plenty of seating, a flat screen TV, DVD, and a wrap around view of the gulf!
Glass doors open to the balcony from the living area and from the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD and a private bath with a jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds, TVs and bathrooms with tub/shower combination.
All three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with plenty of closet space. The laundry room is equipped with full size washer and dryer, brooms, mop, etc. Also, the condo is equipped with Wi-Fi for your convenience.
This condominium complex offers a wide array of amenities including: both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, sauna/seam rooms, fitness/aerobic room, picnic/cooking pavilion with gas grills, volleyball court, horseshoes, and putting greens for the golf enthusiast.
The business center/conference room has internet access and a copier/fax machine available.
Within the surrounding area you will find at least 10 top quality golf courses, several movie theaters, miniature golf, lots of shopping, and a variety of outstanding restaurants.
The area is loaded with shopping opportunities including a huge outlet mall and a wonderful new retail "village" - The Wharf - which houses restaurants, a concert hall, name brand retail stores, a multi-movie theater and much, much more!
The Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area is extremely family friendly with many activities for children of all ages.

Wonderful vacation!! The condominium was very nice. Loved the location on the beach and hearing the ocean at night. The children had an awesome time swimming in the pools, walking the beach finding all the shells that they could carry. Was really a perfect way to spend our spring break. We even got to see a few dolphins playing. The owner/agent was very pleasant and accomodating to our needs. She was really a joy to talk with and we will definitely be returning very soon!
