My husband, daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights. Loved the studio, the garden, the location and of course Deborah and Dale and their lovely dogs. My daughter loved being able to play in the garden and we found the place an oasis amongst the crazy sprawl of LA. Deb gave us some great ideas for places to go, all were spot on. It was the little touches that made our stay so enjoyable - thank you so much. We would definitely stay again if we returned to LA.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights, starting February 20th. The location of the house is perfect! One block from the Beverly Hills Hotel in one direction, and a few blocks from Rodeo Drive shopping in the other direction. We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay and our hosts. We were having a small internet issue, and they worked diligently to see that it was fixed quickly. If we are fortunate enough to make this trip again, we would DEFINITELY return to this unit.

My husband and I stayed with our 2 dogs in the studio for a week & it was our best stay ever! Debbie & Dale made us feel right at home & were gracious hosts. We were able to just open the door to a beautiful park-like yard where our dogs were able to roam around. The studio had everything we needed & the location was very convenient - a beautiful neighborhood to walk our dogs. Thank you, Debbie & Dale. We look forward to staying with you again soon.

Wonderful, we had a second to none stay here - the house, the studio and the guesthouse are all fantastic. Debbie and Dale are the most hospitable hosts we have ever crossed paths with. Everything was spotless, and trust me, I'm a real clean freak! It is in an absolutely idyllic location, out of the way, but close enough to walk to places of interest. I would recommend, without hesitation, all three of the properties that these owners have.

My sister and I stayed at this beautiful studio for 5 nights and we fell in love with this place. The bed was so comfortable and large enough for a studio. The view was amazing due to the 6 french doors facing the patio. We woke up to the chirming of birds and the location to say the least it's within walking distance to the famous "Rodeo Drive" chic shops, boutiques and restaurants. Last but not least, we absolutely fell in love with our landlords (Debbie and Dale) what a great couple they are. Thank you Debbie and Dale for allowing us to stay in your lovely place. Hope to see you soon.

I recently had the pleasure to stay at Debbie and Dales studio property and didn't want to leave, I had dreams of becoming a Beverly hills resident on one of the most famous streets in the world! The visual aspect of the property is stunning, surrounded by mature trees the studio is located behind the swimming pool on their fabulous Beverly Hills property, each morning I started my day sitting outside to eat breakfast in the sunshine listening to birds chirping, a tranquil experience that I dont normally have the ability to do at home. The accommodation was everything I hoped it to be; bright and airy with French doors that open into the garden, an incredibly comfortable bed, every kitchen utencil you need for a self catered stay, large fridge, dining table, comfortable sitting area with sofa and chairs, separate shower to the bathroom. This studio is perfect for two people, if you are a party of more than two I recommend booking their upstairs guest house. The property is a 10 minute walk into the retail and dining area of Beverly Hills, instead of driving I walked everywhere so that I could stop to look at the grandness of the homes in the area. Debbie and Dale were perfect hosts; helpful, friendly, respectful of their guests privacy but available if required. For me, my stay could not have been better! Highly recommended.

We have stayed for 2 nights at this property during a recent visit to LA. The studio is not a standalone buliding, but part of a secondary building which is currently occupied by the owner's son. However, the studio has its own entrance and parking, with all the privacy a visitor may expect (the trees blocks the main residence from the studio to provide excellent privacy) The studio is very spacious at around 40-50 sqms. It has a separate shower and toilet. The decor is simple, but tasteful. The room is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Six french doors provides an excellent view to a large garden. Blinds on the door can be shut at night to give more privacy. There a large pool which looks well maintained, definitely a plus for anyone fancy a splash in the water. The owner (Debbie) is a lovely lady who showed us the studio and introduce us to the area. She has good recommendations for cafe and restaurants as well. It is a shame that we only have 1 full day in LA, otherwise, I am sure I will ask for more tips from Debbie on the area. Location wise, this property is in the middle of Beverly Hills which is a very nice suburb with tree lined blvd and beautiful houses which definitely lives up to its hype. The property is only a block away from the famous Beverly Hills Hotel. Compared with people who paid thousands of dollars staying there, this property is such a bargin! It is only 3 blocks away from the shopping section of the Rodeo Drive. You can walk to shops and restaurants, but if you drive, curb side parkings are always available at the boundary of residential area and commercial district. Finally, I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to get a taste of life in one of the most exclusive suburbs in the world, without burning a whole in their wallets. I would definitely stay again if visiting LA in future.

Never having visited Los Angeles in the past, I was looking for a safe location that was centrally located. I found it here. Beverly Hills is in the middle of everything that I wanted to see - on one side Hollywood and on the other Venice Beach and Santa Monica. It was great exploring all that these areas had to offer and then return at the end of the day to our Beverly Hills sanctuary, where we felt safe to take our nightly walks. Beverly Hills is a great, safe location and the studio was perfect. There is a safe and private parking spot that is included with the unit. Debbie was a most gracious host who made us feel welcome, yet was respectful of our privacy. I would definately stay here again and actually have just recently recommended it to friends that are traveling to L.A.

The owners of this property are extremely nice and accommodating. My stay here was a wonderful experience. This is a prime location at a very affordable price and the walks in this neighborhood are exquisite (1 block from ultimate shopping and world class homes). I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting or staying in the Los Angeles area.

My husband, small daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in the studio. The place really does have everything you need for a self catering holiday - good kitchen, laundry facilities, parking space and wifi and Debbie and Dale are really lovely hosts who went out of their way to provide us with any information that we needed. Beverly Hills is also a great location to get around and see the rest of LA so I highly recommend this studio.

We had a wonderful week filled with quiet time and excitement; this place has it all. Clean and comfortable room with a great bed that I had trouble getting out of each day. I just wanted to lay there and watch the birds in the yard as the sunlight moved across the floor. We did spend some time on the faster side of Rodeo but it sure was nice knowing we had a great place to come back to. A fantastic place to just park the car and walk the neighborhood, pick up food at the deli and come back for a picnic in the yard or room. I recommend this place to anyone and we look forward to many happy returns.

I have stayed at this rental three times for several nights each time. I have stayed in the top and the bottom units and have enjoyed both. The units are very comfortable, clean and bright with great views of the yard and pool. The kitchens are well stocked with new dishware. All appliances are clean and modern. This location is within walking distance to all Beverly Hills shopping and dining, plus it provides, at no charge, off street parking which is essential in this area. Coming from Indiana, I was unfamiliar with the area and the owners were helpful with directions and suggestions for dining and shopping. They were attentive to my every need and even helped me carry my luggage! I plan on returning to Beverly Hills and will definitely stay at this location every time I am in town. You cannot beat this property for value, convenience, cleanliness and comfort.

A tranquil hideaway on a beautiful estate. This apartment is simple but elegant, intelligently designed to satisfy all one's needs. Light floods through a bank of French Doors that open onto a fabulous garden. A full service kitchen made it possible for us to enjoy the pleasures of home cooking while on vacation. The platform bed is firm and comfortable. The location is as exclusive as the Beverley Hills Hotel, which is right up the next street. We loved it! We'll be back!

The apartment was perfect for our Los Angeles adventure. We came to work on a film and in our spare time we wanted luxury and a taste of the real Beverly Hills. We sure found it at this apartment, situated right on Rodeo Drive, and within a stone's throw of the famous Polo Lounge at the Beverly HIlls Hotel. The apartment was clean, cheerful and functional. French doors looked out on an amazing garden. In our spare time we hung out by the pool and it was pure heaven. The owners were very hospitable. We will definitely book here the next time we return to Los Angeles.
