Year Purchased: 1990
I grew up in Laguna Beach and never strayed very far. I just love it here in South Orange County. Although I love to travel, and have been many, many places, it's always wonderful to come home.
Why the Owner Chose Laguna Hills
This property has actually been my home for twenty years. My kids grew up in that house and we still live in it when there are no bookings.
The Unique Benefits of this House
One of the best things about my neighborhood is that there are literally dozens of places to walk to! It's a very quiet street but situated within one block in either direction of tons of restaurants, shops, parks and a wonderful community center. I love walking my dog to the coffee house where we sit in the outside patio and they always bring her water and a treat! One block in the other direction are YogurtLand and OC Bagels, both are awesome!
