  This property was absolutely wonderful for our crew of 8, it had a nice sized backyard, adequate rooms, including living room and dining area. A full kitchen if you would like to create your own meals on a holiday vacation. I highly recommend this clean spot for any vacation, or just in-town visit.

  My friends and family arrived at the home late that evening, everything was nice and nothing out of place. It was quiet and quaint in a wonderful neighborhood. We were minutes from Disney and the freeway. There was space for all of us on the property, though we didn't have enough stay time due to us traveling and returning to the house for a birthday celebration. There is a nice backyard, and fire pit we didn't but should have used on our trip. We had a great stay!

  My family of six stayed in this beautiful house for seven days. It had every possible amenity you could need while in your OWN home! You could really get the feeling that the owner loved this property. Not only was this home spacious, but it was beautifully decorated and clean. My children loved their accommodations and didn't want to leave them! The back yard was truly beautiful to look at. We had a full week planned, but wished we could have stayed a few extra days so we could have enjoyed all this home had to offer. Everything the owner states about this home is true. 20 min to Disneyland 10 min to Laguna Beach. She even lent us her beach umbrella. I would most certainly recommend this property to my family and friends! Thank you Julianne.

  We stayed one week in order to be close to our grandchildren one of whom was celebrating her first birthday. This home is very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the yard and patio area and roasted marshmallows for s'mores in the firepit. Very convenient location to Laguna Beach area, grocery shopping and I-5 access nearby. Neighbors were quiet day and night. 20 minute drive to Orange Cnty Airport. We would stay here again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The home is so nice and well equipped with everything a family could possible need. We stayed with young children a teenager and four adults and everyone had plenty of space. We hope to come back again, as it was such a great location for us to meet up with friends, family and enjoy the amazing Southern California beaches and Disneyland, of course. Our kids enjoyed running around the backyard garden and there was a great park in walking distance. Oh and the holiday lights were a nice touch as well, really made the house feel warm and welcoming.

  We had 8 family members of various ages and all of us enjoyed the house and the terrifice back yard! We cooked all our own meals in a very accomodating kitchen and and on the outside grill. Neighborhood was a great place to walk and it's very close to stores and resturants.

  Don't let the "pet friendly" scare you, this place is very clean! Beautiful backyard in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and comfortable. The owner Julianne is adorable and very accommodating. Will come back again for a girl's trip!

  This home is very comfortable with plenty of space. The backyard has a great gazebo with firepit, which is great for evening gatherings. The owner is wonderful and very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Cancellation policy:

Rental Rules Agreement/ Contract: 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. PST AND CHECKOUT IS 12 P.M. PST. 2. This is a NON SMOKING property. 3. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 4. DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT- A damage/security deposit of $100 is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.  No damage is done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.  No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.  All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.  All keys are returned.  All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.  No linens are lost or damaged.  No early check-in or late checkout without consent. 5. PAYMENT – An advance payment of $500 is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be fully paid by no later than 30 days before the arrival. 6. CANCELLATIONS – A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and/or reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is limited to nine (9) persons. An additional charge of $25 per person per night for guests in addition to nine (9) will be assessed. 8. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate; however it may be available at an additional rate. 9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all payments, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. I understand and agree that all rental monies are non-refundable per cancellation policy above.

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
