Recently remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Our condo is on the 2nd level of a 3 story complex. Very conveniently located at the top of the first flight of stairs at the main entrance. Only 1 block from the ocean with public access directly across from parking lot. The complex has it's own pool for guests only. We have a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed and has it's own private bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. The den has a queen sleeper sofa. Guests must bring their own linens.
We keep our rates down by trusting others to clean up after themselves. There is a $100 refundable security deposit. There is a 1 night reservation deposit due at time of booking (this is non-refundable). Balance is due 15 days before stay. If reservation is made within 15 days of stay payment must be made in full.
We are located in the heart of Ocean Drive within walking distance to Spanish Galleon, Ducks, OD Pavilion and many more restaurants and shops! Just a few miles down the sandy beach you will also find the Cherry Grove Pier! Great for fishing, dining or just a casual stroll. This is a wonderful family vacation spot!
