Your special vacation home has been featured on the front cover of SPACES September/October 2008 Issue (space-coast style and design magazine). Loblolly will be a featured property in this year's Tropical Trail Spring Bloom Tour coming May 2009. Your vacation home sits directly on the Intercoastal waterway. The property was built in the early 70's and designed to be a place to retire. Loblolly was purchased from the original family in 2007 and renovated to be a personal family vacation home for the next 30 years. Every change that was made was to enhance the vacation experience. Just imagine... Evenings on the 2 tier beach with fire-guitar provided!, fishing with the kids on the 150 ft dock, kids in playground next to you while you sunbath at pool. The pool was designed for kids very large walk in beach area, a family stroll around Loblolly trail-a coquina path that circles the property.
