We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay at this property. Just beautiful and perfectly located for families. Very quiet, clean, and the neighbors/owners/tenants were extremely friendly. The beach was great and soon to be bigger and better with the beach refurbishing project soon to be improving this property's beach front area. Walt and Patti made sure we had everything we needed. We are a family of 4 and we booked this condo for a week, and have no regrets whatsoever. Being my first time booking at Homeaway.com, I didn't know what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised and can not say enough nice things about this place. From the directions from the airport, to the opening and closing of the condo, everything went smoothly, and exactly as detailed in Walt & Patti's instructions/directions. The list of restaurants and supermarkets was also very helpful. The condo was quite amazing. Very tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable with two large bedrooms and closet space galore. A nice supply of games for the slight chance of a rainy day, and every amenity you could ask for. Beach toys for the kids, boogie board, beach chairs, you name it, it was there! We were very happy and needed nothing but our tanning oils. Walt and Patti had everything covered and were very concerned about our being comfortable at their condo, and we were. What a great convenience to open your sliders and you're at the pool. The pool was perfect with just steps to the beach, and the kids basically had the best of both worlds at their door. Fantastic! Convenient to Clearwater beach, Sand Key Park which was so nice, Pier 60, and many nice restaurants. My kids especially enjoyed the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, where they were picked out of the crowd to feed Winter (www.seewinter.com) and were given stuffed animals for participating. Truly a very memorable experience (both learning and fun) for them at ages 5 & 7. Every comfort of home was here at this condo with many nice places to venture off to. My wife & kids loved it and the nearby areas were safe, clean and enjoyable. Walt & Patti, thanks so much for allowing us the pleasure of using your condo. It's only been a week and I have already recommended it to others that I know frequent Florida and feel would appreciate your place. My husband and I rented this beautiful Condo for an entire week. It is so much more beautiful than the orginal pictures even show. The ENTIRE place is decorated with a touch of CLASS and STYLE! We loved waking up there everyday to the beauty that surrounded us. The master bedrrom was done in a lavender, which I have to admitt I was not a fan of, unitl I seen this....OMG it was elegant! The king size bed was so cozy, you definelty felt as though you were at home! I can't emember the last time I slept so well. The second bedroom was decorated every bit as nice with warm colors, and a beautiful palm tree bed cover. All the white wicker furniture added such a royal touch of calss also. The Kitchen was beautiful! From the floors to the decorated walls, everything was very user friendly. We did put the full size washer and dryer to use too. There were plenty of towels for bath, and beach and also chairs. I was amazed at how quiet the entire place was, and we were there over the 4th of July Holiday. The Larger TV in the livingroom worked well, as did the wireless internet. The popele we rented the condo from was very gracious, and kept in touch as we needed them. They were very quick to respond and very nice. We would definelty recommend this condo to anyone who might be looking for more than just a "condo" This was top of the line all the way!
