The canal joins into Matlacha Pass where you can fish all day or all night. This is a bright cheerful spacious home with lots to offer.
It is equipped with a large screen TV in the living room and extra TV in the den/bedroom. All the mattress are in excellent (like new condition, seldom slept on since the home owner has purchased this home several years ago) The kitchen is a modern kitchen with full size dishwasher, ice maker refrigerator, stove and microwave, you'll love cooking while watching the big screen TV and seeing what's happening in the swimming pool.
Two large size bathrooms, with one being a cabana bath, that you may access from the lanai and pool area. Lots of outdoor furniture to relax, eat and entertain while you watch the Manatee's swim by.
The tropical palm trees & flowers will surely give you the Caribbean Breeze and make you forget all your stress. Take a walk, ride a bike and enjoy this quite upper scale neighborhood. You'll love this small Gulf Coast Island, where many artists, writers will delight you with their works and charm.
