The property is in a subdivision and is about sixth-tenths of an acre. Very open floor plan with a dock on the river and privacy cedar fence in front yard. The house has a great deck for entertaining and relaxing.

The home is located about two miles from the very scenic small town of Thompson Falls, Montana. Most the area around the town is national forest with fishing, tons of wildlife, hiking, biking, boating, and tons more.

The house comes fully equipped with everything one would need including three TVs, DVD, and High Speed Internet. Rivers, lakes, creeks, mountains, wildlife, very few people!
