We have spent the first week of summer vacation in this area for the past several years. We found this house to be the best location so far. The condition of the house was perfect and the furnishings were clean and comfortable. Only one piece of advise to anyone renting in this area. Never forget to use the bike locks even when in front of the house. I forgot and had one bike stolen. Luckily I found it parked next to one of the seaside beach access crossings a couple days later.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Watercolor is huge, and we wanted to be walking (or chasing little ones on bikes) distance to the beach club, and this house was perfect!! We had two families with five children total staying here, and it was the perfect amount of space for us. We would definitely stay here again! Also - we LOVED that adult bikes were included, and we had so much fun riding around Watercolor and Seaside! I had a problem figuring out the code to the bike locks, and Jeremy was VERY prompt in returning my phone call! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Watercolor is the best vacation area on the Gulf coast, and this super house is in the front section of Watercolor, near the beach. It is in perfect condition, nice appointments, and right next to the Seaside bike paths. Can't wait to come back next year.
