Only 3 blocks from the boat ramp, 2 blocks from Chevron Gas station which has a nice dock to gas the boat up before heading out to the Ocean, or the Gulf(they don't jack up their gas prices either, same price as the auto pumps), it is also a full tackle and bait shop.
Only 25 miles from Key West, close enough to drive, yet just far enough away. Enjoy Mallory Square where local talent comes alive, Hemingway House, where Ernest Hemingway wrote some of his greatest works, be sure to check out the Southern Most Point, only 90 miles from Cuba, rent a scooter, kayak, or bicycle... and of course...do the "Duval Crawl!"
Only 2 miles from Looe Key Marine Sanctuary which is a beautiful coral reef alive with some of the most beautiful sea creatures (gigantic lobster, conch, sea turtles, dolphin, and some of the most colorful fish around... snorkle, scuba, snuba, or boatside), Content Keys (simply stated: lobster Heaven), American Shoals , 7 Miles from Bahia Honda State Park, which is known for it's beautiful beaches!
Just minutes from the National Key Deer Refuge located on Big Pine Key, which also has a flea market on Saturdays and Sundays.

I like this location because it is a quiet, and relaxing, "kick back" life style in the Florida Keys. I'm close enough to experience the hustle and bustle of Key West, yet far enough away to enjoy the serenity annd peace that the Florida Keys has to offer...Not to mention it is also located in a sub tropical region.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I enjoy boating and fishing in clear blue waters. Relaxing and watching some of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen, and if you love the Wildlife... there is also Key West. ;-D
