Assateage Island with the wild ponies is a short drive. There is a water park near condo which kids love.

This townhouse was one of the best we have ever been in - especially for the excellent price! The location was almost to the bay, yet close enough to the boardwalk that we could walk if we wanted. They had just put new carpet on the stairs and entire 2nd floor. The kitchen was well stocked, they had beach chairs, games, Dish network on all 3 TV's and linens were provided too! The property is on a Cul-de-sac and the view on the rear inlet docks was gorgeous! The street is quiet and perfect for small children and biking. The nearby homeowners were friendly and even willing to lend a hand when I needed to borrow some tools to fix my car! I can't say enough good about his place and the pleasantness of the owner and the entire neighborhood !!!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
