The townhouse is located on a cul-de-sac with little traffic. This makes it ideal for families since the children can play outside with out the fear of heavy traffic. It is also close to the end of the boardwalk on 26th street which you can ride to the inlet and all activities.
Assateage Island with the wild ponies is a short drive. There is a water park near condo which kids love.
