Clean, comfortable and affordable!! This is a 2004 model! Just last year, it was re-carpeted and re-modeled. We are at the end of the drive, so quiet is the best way to describe this rental. If you are looking for a "Get Away" - then this is the place to be.
One mile from the white sandy beach, local small grocery store nearby where you can walk and get an ice cream on those lazy hot summer days; sit outside and read a good book or bring your boat and spend the day on the water. Also, one mile from the ferry terminal which will take you to Ocracoke for the day (walk on or take your car), horseback riding and a great Seafood restaurant.

The Unique Benefits of this Mobile Home
There is plenty of room for Poochie to run. Large 3 acre lot at the end of the driveway. One minute drive to ferry terminal and great local seafood restaurant and white silky sandy beach. Rent a slip for your boat (up to 20 feet)/ shallow draft/ for $10.00/day.
I do not charge extra fees for cleaning, pet, etc. Taxes are paid out of the rental fee.
