With 4500 square feet featuring 4 light-filled bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, ample shared spaces, breathtaking views and private pool, Casa Yalula will be a perfect vacation home for your family and friends.
Upon entering house, you will be in the Salon, an expansive room with soaring, original wood-paneled ceiling. The salon is equipped with all the comforts of home – cable TV, DVD player and MP3 compatible stereo. Beyond the front room is the Sitting Room follows by the Kitchen & Dining Area. This is the heart of Casa Yalula where you and your loved ones will gather for a private fiesta or a romantic dinner. The open floor plan lends itself naturally to conversation from the kitchen to the bar to the dinning table.
Quietly sequestered downstairs are two bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds. The front bedroom has a sitting area in front of the pool. It is a great place to soak in the tropical sun in your Adirondack chairs. The back bedroom features access to beautiful private courtyard. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms. On the teak deck of the front bedroom, you can view the cupolas of the Main Cathedral and on a clear day, Volcano Mombacho. The back bedroom has two twin-sized beds and features a romantic Juliette balcony.
