There is a small stream that runs thru the property. Lots of area to hike around, great for kids. It is only 2 miles from Long's Peak Campground & approx. 3 miles from Wild Basin the wildest & most remote part of Rocky Mountain National Park. The architect (and owner) that designed this home prides himself that he cut the windows all in the right spots for views, but you could put a window anywhere & have great views! Lots of trees & mountain views everywhere. Note, this house does not allow pets, & it is nonsmoking.
