Orange U Glad is an extraordinary house with space for all your needs. We recommend it as a family reunion property, a seasonal rental for Grandparents/Parents with multiple guests, or a yearly rental for a family. It has sleeping space for up to 14 people as well as beach access and boat dockage with a boat lift on Roosevelt Channel.
The main floor living space is a large, open floor plan complete with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a huge pantry and an adjoining full-size sun-filled breakfast area with seating for 8. The Great Room has three sofas with plenty of additional seating for all your entertainment needs and it opens onto the screened upper deck with lovely wicker furniture overlooking the pool area.
The large Dining Room has a special chandelier framing the glass top table with seating for 10. The King Size Master Bedroom Suite is gigantic and opens onto the screened porch and includes it’s own walk-in closet and a Master Bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, double sink, dressing table, and separate commode room. The Bedroom contains a daybed for afternoon lounging or sharing the sleeping space with youngsters, if required.
The main floor also includes an additional room with sleeping space: a pull out sofa bed and a comfy daybed.
The fully finished lower level has a large Queen sized one bedroom apartment with it’s own full bath, a galley kitchen, dining area, and living room and it’s own ground floor entrance. The remainder of the ground floor space contains a large recreation room with a full size pool table, leather sectional sofa, large screen TV and 1/2 bath and it opens through French doors onto the screened-in pool and lanai space. The pool deck has numerous lounge chairs and a teak bar for entertaining.
The upstairs has two Queen Size Guest Suites with their own bathrooms and a separate bunk room with two twin beds for additional sleeping space.

Our family gathering for 13 was so wonderful here at Orange U Glad. The pictures do not adequately showcase the attention to detail in every aspect of this magnificent house. The spacious floor plan allowed us to be together without being "at" each other! The teenagers loved the "separate" apartment style area on the ground floor and the little ones loved the pool table and pool deck. The guys brought the boat and loved having the lift on the dock. We'll be back! Thank you Orange U Glad!
