This bright, contemporary townhouse sits by the 7th green on the Mountain Golf Course and has a year-round stream that flows through the property. Surrounded by forest land, the setting is very private and peaceful.

It is also less than ten minutes away from the Hyatt Hotel and Casino, private beaches and pools, a first-class recreation center, skiing, shopping, and restaurants.

The furnishings and appliances are practically new and in excellent condition. The kitchen has granite countertops and every convenience. The living room has a fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD and stereo.

Bedroom #1 on the first floor has a queen bed, TV and VCR.

Bedroom #2 on the second floor has a double futon and also serves as an office.

The master bedroom (second floor) has a king bed and a private deck/sitting area with sofa and chairs. A huge master bath features an over-sized Jacuzzi tub with windows offering forest views.

As most of the first level is either stone or wood flooring, we welcome well-behaved pets whose owners will confine them to the non-carpeted areas (we have a gate you can use). There is also a pet-door and fenced-in side yard for the pet's convenience and your peace of mind.

RENTAL INFORMATION:
* One-week minimum (see rates below)
* Security deposit ($500) and cleaning fee ($125) are in addition to the rental fee.
* 25% deposit required to reserve the booking
* Balance due two weeks before arrival.
* 25% Deposit will be returned except for $50 cancellation fee, if cancelled at least two months in advance.
* No Smoking
