This 8 unit condo unit is located in Puerto Aventuras which is a private community 30 miles south of the Cancun Airport. You can enjoy the beach and from our deck extremely stunning sunsets. The pool is right out the back door and beach a few feet farther. The beach is clean white sand and the water as clear as can be found anywhere. You can snorkel over a reef right off our beach in a safe environment. Kids will enjoy the beach and adults the restaurants and nightlife in Puerto. Plus you can swin with the dolphins in the Puerto Marina. The area enjoys on of the best fishing locations in the Caribbean. You are 20 minutes from Tulum with its large sandy beaches and Mayan ruins, 10 minutes from Playa del Carmen for another great shopping, dining and nightlife location. You can catch the ferry to the island of Cozumel with more snorkeling, sightseeing, shopping and beach's. There is ATV exploring of the area, cave diving and other adventure venues.
