PARKING OPTIONS:
The parking value like gold on Crescent street, thats why we cannot offer private parking space for our guests but you can do overnight parking 24h / 20$ just 1 block from the apt( Drummond street).There is also few clients who had use the indoor parking at Days Inn hotel on Guy-Concordia Street for 23$ per day/24h.You are free to use your car and come back during the day.
Parking is free on Crescent street between 9 PM and 9 AM, in other time its 3 dollars per hour.
there is also 2 private parking lot just beside the complex building but for 8$ per day but you cannot do overnight.

My business parteners and I, we use the suite once in a while during the year for our business needs.The rest of the time we like to welcome travellers from around the world when we don't use it.
I'ts a great location downtown near everything. I like to come to see an hockey game, Its near the biggest underground town in the world ( my wife know a bout it for shopping ). Always easy to find a good restaurant around. Near Concordia & Me Gill University.
