Seychelles unit 2008 is located on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, Florida. Fronting 200 feet of beautiful Gulf-front terrain, our gorgeous high-rise resort condominium rises 22 stories above the sparkling sugar-white sands and emerald green waters, offering spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Seychelles is conveniently located within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park and only moments from the Marina, where you can enjoy excursions to Shell Island. Convenient to the area's best dining, nightlife, water park, zoo, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving, snorkeling and other area attractions. Experience the joy of this wonderful island-style retreat!

Guests have access to complimentary high speed internet access and can enjoy resort-style amenities including two gulf front swimming pools surrounded by lush topical landscaping. Truly paradise on the peaceful end of Panama City Beach, FL. Floor to ceiling windows offer breathtaking and amazing oceanfront views of the Gulf.

We use ResortQuest as our rental agent, which provides the ultimate convenience to our guests during check-in and throughout the entire stay. The check-in location is conveniently located on-site on the first floor of the parking garage. ResortQuest also manages the complimentary Passport to Fun amenities, free beach service, and common areas. Their friendly staff are always there to answer your questions and to promptly resolve any issues.

To request an itemized quote of all charges for your requested stay, please use the "email owner" function to the right. I will then reply to you with the charges and confirm the dates (be sure to check availability calendar). Once you confirm the total charges, I will provide the toll-free number and reservation code to make your reservation, where a dedicated QuestPerks agent will book your stay.

Complimentary Passport to Fun, including:

*** Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center - Go-kart racing, miniature golf, bumper boats and karts. Open March – October. To redeem, present Amenity card & Photo ID at Emerald Falls. Guests receive one ‘formula package’ (four tickets) per day.

*** Gemini Queen Deep Sea Fishing – Enjoy a deep sea fishing excursion. Guests are provided with bait, tackle and fishing license. Open March – October, Sunday – Friday. Reservations required through ASI. Guests receive one adult passage per day.

*** Shell Island Cruise - On this glass-bottom boat, guests will visit beautiful Shell Island where you can wade in the warm gulf waters or gather unique shells. Open March – October. Reservations required through ASI. Guests receive one adult passage per day.

*** Gulf World Marine Park - Live shows feature dolphins, sea lions and tropical birds, plus many fascinating exhibits showcasing sharks, alligators, flamingos and more. Open year round. To redeem, present Amenity card & Photo ID at Gulf World. Guests receive one adult admission per day.

*** Airport Transportation Service – Guests receive one complimentary round trip fare (for up to three persons) per stay. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, but no earlier than 14 days.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT INCLUDED IN NIGHTLY RATE
*All reservations have the security benefit of the Rental Unit Damage Protection being included in the daily rate to cover minor damages that may occur during your stay. This insurance plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1,500.00. Any damages that exceed $1,500.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an Insured Person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $1,500. Full details of the Rental Unit Damage Protection coverage are contained in the Policy. If there are any conflicts between this document and the Policy, the Policy shall govern. Reporting Damage: Please note any damage to the rental unit upon your arrival and report it immediately to our office to avoid possible liability. If any loss or damage occurs during your stay, you must notify us immediately in order for the Rental Unit Damage Protection to apply. We inspect every rental unit after each guest's departure; if unreported loss or damage is discovered after your stay, we will charge your credit card. The Rental Unit Damage Protection fee is not charged to extended-stays (rentals over 28 days.)

  • Room with a view! We really enjoyed our stay here. Unit was very clean and comfortable. We felt as if we were at home. We also loved the fact that there was a guard on duty making sure that partying/noise making was controlled. Did I mention that this condo is RIGHT on the beach! No 5 mile hike across the hot sand to get to the water like most other places have.
