Charlevoix, Michigan is a very beautiful and peaceful area of Michigan, surrounded by Lake Michigan, Round Lake, and Lake Charlevoix. We have always enjoyed the Northern Michigan calmness and beauty. Families can enjoy many different activities in and around the area.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home is located within walking distance to Lake Michigan, downtown Charlevoix shopping and activities, yet far enough away from the noise of downtown. Our street is a very quiet street, only busy during some of the local festivals. We park our car, and sometimes never move it until time to return downstate.

This is a great place to stay in Charlevoix. If you enjoy being able to walk to places, this is it! Very close walking distance to downtown, Lake Michigan beach, and across the street from the library. The house is very charming with a lot of character and invites you in the moment you step inside. We had our 3-year old daughter with us, and she LOVED all the wonderful toys in the house to play with. If you have kids, this is a great place to stay as there are lots of toys to keep your little ones entertained. The front porch is a nice spot to relax and lounge. The place is also meticulously cleaned so you almost forget that the house is a rental, it feels like you are staying in your own home. We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Clinton cottage and look forward to returning!

My husband and I spent a week at the cottage. Very convenient to beach, downtown, restaurants, etc. Everything was clean and bright. The kitchen was easy to work in. Nice deck for eating out on-especially lunch. We rented bikes and did a lot of riding- great trail with easy access. Free outside concerts almost every night. Charlevoix is a great place to vacation.

Our stay at cozy clinton cottage was great. The house is indeed cozy, but was amazingly clean, and well taken care of for an old home. The location is one short block to Lake Michigan, and approx. 2-3 blocks from downtown Bridge Street. We were able to contact and communicate with the owner whenever necessary. She was available for any assistance while we were there, which was helpful. Great property for families. A lot of time spent lounging on the front porch, while our children rode bikes on the sidewalks.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.
