Rented the house for the month of December. Our children and grandchildren joined us for xmas. Loved the house! Lots of room for everyone, close to everything. Our grandchildren could not get enough of the pool and spa. The house is beautiful and Eric was so heplful and always available to answer any questions. The internet access and free long distance to Canada was great! My sister and brother-in-law joined us for a few days and they would like to rent the house next year to take their family to Palm Springs. I would rent the house again. Beautiful spacious home!

The house is great. Lots of room with a great, big open room. And the pool is fantastic. Great place to relax outside for hours. It's only a couple miles to all that downtown Palm Springs offers. And very close to the Palm Springs tram which is really cool. Plus Eric was always very easy to get a hold of and answer all questions.

Beautiful, big home in very quiet gated community. 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Lots of room for a large group or family, easily can accommodate 10-12 people. Owner very obliging and willing to answer all questions. Lots of room for entertaining large kitchen and eating area inside and outside a beautiful bbq and eating area beside a large pool and spa area. Easy location to drive to all areas in the valley and lots of things to do for families, Mt. Jacinto Tramway, biking, golf, Joshua Tree National Park, The Living Desert and much more to explore. If planning an extended stay trip in the area would recommend this property.

It's the best vacation house we have ever been in Palm Springs. Close to everything. I especially love that you can just park your car and just leave it that way, enjoying your stay. Plenty of really good tv channels, House is equipped with everything we needed. Best place for Hiking. Mountains are in short touch from the community. I mean I can write longer, but do not thing anyone will read what I am typing here anyways. Just have fun. Go for it. I will just add. Really High speed internet.

Comments: We have just spent over 3 weeks in this lovely home and enjoyed every minute. The home is roomy and the open concept kitchen/living roon/dining room make it great for entertaining. It has all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. Our guests ranged in age from 11 months to 60+ years and they all had a great time. I hope we can return someday...Thanks Eric

We shared this house with friends over a long weekend in February. We found the house to be large, comfortable and nicely appointed. It was in a nice quiet gated community very close to downtown Palm Springs. The house works very well for families visiting Palm Springs and wanting to be close to the downtown without any noise or traffic.
