If you desire a setting to view spectacular sunsets with a panoramic view of the Annisquam river, you will adore this house. Your backyard is a boaters paradise. The 70' sundeck is perfect for entertaining. The lower 20' deck leads to the deepwater dock that can accommodate vessels up to 38'.
If you choose not to bring a boat, there is plenty of fishing and swimming to be had right in your backyard. The house has modern amenities throughout, and there are gorgeous views from almost every window.

We were in the Annisquam area for a family event and so lucky to find this gem. It has excellent parking (even for a trailer) which, we were to find, is not so common in this area. From the porch, decks and dock an outstanding view constantly changing with the river traffic, from kayaks to fishing boats to cabin cruisers to no boats, only gulls and terns and cormorants etc.. Some of us sat on the covered porch all day. Also fine views from the interior, especially the master bedroom. We set up an "office with a view" (everybody brought a laptop) in the dining room. Bring a boat if you have one, even a small one would be fine. I wish I had brought mine. There is a modern public ramp about a mile away and probably others closer and, of course, your own dock. If nothing else it's the best way to get to Wingaersheek beach without the hassle and $25 parking. The responsive owner spent big money to fix a plumbing issue for us. If we are ever up this way again this is where we are staying.
