  Condo was very clean, nicely furnished, and had updated decor. There are two beach access points across the street in front of the complex. The walk to the beach is approximately 300-400 yards from the unit. The only downside to the unit itself is that there is no wi-fi access, and cell phone reception is very poor.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  Great place to stay! My wife and 2 kids loved the place. Clean, nicely decorated and great location. Owner very easy to deal with. We would stay in this unit again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This condo was perfect for me and my daughter with all the modern amenities necessary to make a week long stay at the beach perfect! Comfortable bed, comfortable furnishings, great kitchen, and great location!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  My wife and I spent a week in this condo in Seascape. It was clean well cared for and a very good location. It is a 10 minute or less walk to the beach and had good access to downtown. We could walk downtown on the beach. While the condo is small it was perfect for the to of us. Furnishings were relatively new and well cared for, everything worked as it should and it was represented well by the pictures. Chris was easy to deal with and concerned about our comfort while we were there. We would definately go back again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  Compared to other condos I researched, this one was the best bang for my buck for this area. The pictures were accurate and dealing with the owners was pleasant and easy. The condo was spotless and had clean linens. It had a full kitchen with new appliances if you decided to dine in. The location was perfect. The walk was all but a football field away to get to the beach. It was right across the street from the Marriott Hotel. The Marriot Hotel had Pool Bar Jim's Bar right on the beach (open to the public). With over 1000 frozen drinks, this was ideal after a hot day in the sun. The beach access point was perfect. The left was fairly crowded with hotel guests. But, the right was empty and we had the beach all to ourselves. Best of both worlds. Besides the beach, the location was great. Walking distance to Coligny Plaza. 1/4 mile from the entrance to Sea Pines (we spent a day experiencing their marinas). Short drive to awesome restaurants (we recommend Truffles Grill and Wiseguys). I would recommend this condo to anyone.
