We rent our condo on a monthly basis only. This beautiful four bedroom, three bath condo is an end unit on the eighth floor of Minorca's Karpathos Building. One of the bedrooms is furnished as a den and can be used as a fourth bedroom. With generous windows and light on three sides there are panoramic views in three directions. To the east are the blue Atlantic Ocean and white sand beaches of New Smyrna. To the north is Smyrna Dunes Park, Ponce Inlet, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and the Florida coastline curving north toward St. Augustine. To the west are the Florida Inter-coastal Waterway, Ponce Inlet Coast Guard Station, Disappearing Island and spectacular Florida Sunsets. We're not kidding when we say this condo has the most beautiful view on the east coast of Florida.
Valued at over one million dollars, this vacation home includes tastefully appointed furnishings, a roomy eat-in kitchen with the finest appliances and granite counter tops. There are private bedrooms and baths, comfortable beds and furnishings, spacious living areas and two furnished porches. There is a utility room with a large capacity washer and dryer and private storage for each resident that includes beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and beach bikes for your use. There is plenty of room to entertain your guests or enjoy quiet times together.
The Minorca amenities are available just out the lobby entrance and include four tennis courts, club house, fitness center, heated Jacuzzi, and his and her saunas. Another private condo pool and heated Jacuzzi are just out your door and nestled in spectacular landscaping. The beach is just a minute or two walk on the paved and lighted pathways through the Minorca Complex. Twenty four hour gated security and an electronic access system gives you privacy and allows you to provide entry for your guests remotely from your condo. There is convenient and secure garage parking next to the residents private garage entrance to the lobby.
The Minorca Complex is about an hour’s drive from the Disney attractions and the Orlando International Airport. New Smyrna Beach has a small beach town atmosphere with many fine restaurants for casual and fine dining. There is great shopping on beachside's Flagler Avenue and several art museums in the area. Best of all are the beautiful white sand beaches of New Smyrna. Once you experience time in this lovely condo and setting, you’ll want to return again and again.
