There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the other has a full. One bathroom features a tiled shower and the other has a bathtub. A queen-sized futon bed is also available in the media room to sleep a maximum of eight. All linens, towels, kitchen items, spices and cooking staples are provided. Decor is eclectic - a mix of mid century modern, antiques and Asian.

The Overlook neighborhood is a very vibrant, safe, quiet neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and beautiful public parks to enjoy, plus its very easy to access downtown by car, bicycle, bus or light rail.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I love spending time on the beautiful, private backyard stone patio, reading a book, grilling and dining outdoors, or just relaxing in the hottub. I also love being able to step out the front door and walk just a few minutes to enjoy a coffee from Blend, sushi from Mio, or breakfast from Beaterville.
