              I have been visiting Solana Beach since the mid 1980's and have seen it flourish. It has become a destination city! Public transportation abounds. New shops, restaurants, art galleries are now on the same block as the home. It is only going to get better and better..( call direct FOR VIRTUAL TOUR)

              You virtually do not need a car if you so choose..So much within walking distance and public transportation. You can walk one half blk. to the train station and take the train to Los Angeles, Hollywood, etc. To San Juan Capistrano Mission, and then head back for only a few dollars.
