This home has an extra large unfenced backyard and a large enclosed front courtyard. Two blocks off of RH Johnson, three blocks off of Bell Av, this property is unique in that it is on a quiet street yet so close to activities, shopping, and restaurants.
Sit in the over sized leather chair, and watch your favorite cable show or DVD on the flat screen TV. Use wi-fi to keep in contact with the office.
You and your guests will enjoy the two spacious master suites, each with their own full bath and large walk-in closet. This popular split floor plan provides for maximum privacy and is ideal for 2-4 guests.
Both bedrooms have their own TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with new granite countertop, new appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all utensils.
There are three separate patios. The pergola shaded privacy patio off the kitchen has a propane barbecue for grilling that steak at the end of the day or a quiet read during the day to the sound of doves and songbirds. Another patio looks over the backyard, with its two orange trees, desert landscape and plethora of wildlife including rabbits, quail, doves, song birds, and coyotes. The largest patio is the enclosed front courtyard.

It is less than a mile to the sun dome, sports pavilion and RH Johnson recreation center,
even closer to Pebblebrook golf course.
Tenant recreation membership cards are available at the membership office for $60 monthly fee which allows full use of all four recreation centers in Sun City West including: 7 golf courses, several indoor/outdoor pools, jacuzzi, billiards, tennis, pickle ball, mini golf, indoor walking track, bowling, exercise gym, and other inumerable activities/crafts. You will also receive discounted resident golf rates at any of the seven golf courses.
This area is the home of spring training for the Cactus League or you can easily take day trips to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Tucson, Yuma, or Mexico.

Year Purchased: 2009
About the owner: Rod and Lin are kept busy working together in their family business. We have been married over 35 years and have three adult children and four grandchildren. Teaching ESL, church, and travel, when we can get away from work, give us balance. We share space in our empty nest with a Boston Terrier named Pekah Boo and one ungrateful cat. God has blessed our family, and we thank him daily.

We have been vacationing in Arizona for several years in search of warm weather and sunshine. You will love the blue skies, palm trees, balmy evening walks and bike rides, and gorgeous sunsets. There is so much to do in Sun City West you may not want to leave, but it is an ideal location for launching day trips to the rest of Arizona's beautiful sights, including the Grand Canyon.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We enjoy watching the wildlife in the backyard. Rabbits, birds, baby quail and an occasional coyote are common sights. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. You can walk to shopping, or are five minutes by car from endless shopping and restaurants on Bell Avenue. Ask us for recommendations of our favorite places.
