Staying at Shipwatch also gives you boat access to the gulf via Old River, the gateway to the Gulf through Perdido Pass. The river is perfect for boating, water skiing, sailing, swimming, and jet skiing. A new boat ramp provides facilities for boat launching and there is trailer parking and wash-up available. A limited number of slips are available for use by residents and guests free.
