Loved this unit. It is well decorated, stocked and spacious. There were 6 of us. 4 adults and 2 children and we were comfortable when all sitting in the dining area, living area or the patio area. Nice, quiet location that was close to anything we needed or wanted to do. Bill was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had for him. Beautiful beaches and coves everywhere. If you love the peaceful beauty of the Gulf this place will not disappoint you.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We gathered our family together over spring break to visit our son at the Naval base in Pensacola. Great location close to base yet removed from the Pensacola Beach and Gulf Beach college spring break craziness. Beautiful clean beach with pristine sand and great restaurants in Perdido. We loved it! The unit was very clean, well stocked with towels, beach chairs, grill, kitchen needs, and washer and dryer. There were 6 of us and we all felt we had our space when we needed it while the condo was very conducive to all congregating in the same main room. Communication with the owner was excellent and we got our questioned answered and deposit returned in a timely manner and appreciated the recommendations too. I loved being on the beach so I could head out for a walk in the sand every morning while waiting for the rest to get moving. Definitely try the Fisherman's Corner for dinner or lunch. Seafood with a New Orleans flair.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This beachfront condo is everything described and more! The owner is great to work with and arrangements were made simply & easily. The condo was easy to find and check-in was a breeze. This unit is ground floor, as described, with no stairs or elevators to maneuver, and parking is just a few steps from the front door. The condo is first class all the way in regards to furnishings and amenities. The three bedrooms feature comfortable beds & each room has its own TV. We accessed the Wifi without a problem, also. The owner was gracious enough to provide soaps, paper, and cleaning products, and even left a tray of things like Tylenol, band-aids & tea bags. Just open the sliding doors and you are literally steps from the beach. Talk about luxury you won't find in most condos! We walked on the beach every day, looking for shells, and found some great ones. If we are fortunate to have the opportunity to stay here again, we will jump on it. I would recommend this condo to anyone & would make it a first choice in choosing our next vacation place.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
