I am a professional currently working overseas to support the US Military in the Middle East. We are on an indefinite assignment, and not sure when we will be returning to Hawaii.
Why the Owner Chose Pavilion at Waikiki
Our move was not planned, and this is our home. We are looking for a method to cover our mortgage while we are abroad.

The condo is perfect. It has been designed for our own personal luxury, so no expenses were spared. There are ocean views in the bedroom and living room where you can watch whales jump in the waters off Waikiki. The style is very contemporary with high end stainless steal appliances in the kitchens, top of the line travertine counter tops and bathroom walls, wine cooler, and hard wood floors through out. The furniture is very high end from one of the top interior designers in Hawaii, and there are HD televisions in the living room and bedroom. The cable and internet are already activated.
