There are approximately 15 acres including 5 plus acres of spectacular desert oasis park with exciting amenities. The luxurious condominiums and breathtaking beach community villas are located by the ocean.
There is a professional putting 18 hole golf course available, free to renters. The grounds have 3 pools and lounge areas, one located just below Penthouse balcony. Several gas grill picnic areas with palapas and additional Cabana areas for larger groups. There is a nice paved path leading to easy beach access to a wonderful sandy beach. The penthouse is fully furnished with air conditioning and heat, satellite TV, and a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Additional 2 bedroom condo available just below penthouse for only $69 night. This is a non-smoking unit and there are limited pets allowed.
We have just added private "free" WIFI internet access"!!!!
We also have a 2 car garage rental for $75.00 per weekend. Great for quads and security of vechiles and valuables.

My wife and I have been going to Rocky Point, Mexico since 1985. We have very fond memories of Sandy beach. When they built these Condos we were first in line. The Beach is great, the Penthouse is awesome and we can really de-stress every time we go. We enjoy bring large groups since we also own a 2 bedroom condo directly below us also. We could, and have spent all day on the balcony just relaxing and sun bathing and enjoying the view. I hope you can share in our joy of this Penthouse.

I wanted to thank Dan for his hospitality and the very nice accommodations. The condo is in excellent shape, very comfortable and roomy. Dan was more then willing to answer all of our questions prior to our trip. The resort has been designed very nicely, just wished the economy downturn (guessing that is the reason) has not prevented from finishing the project. Nonetheless our stay there was great; the property is well kept as well as the 3 pools and the surroundings. Did not play mini golf as we did not have golf sticks, but that is ok, it was just nice for the view of the green and the palm trees with the sea in the background. The beach was almost deserted with the exclusion of the vendor’s walking by trying to sell you something or some other beach walkers. The water was perfect – not too warm and not too cold, and the sand is nice (though could use some cleaning)… There was loud music coming from the near by Chango’s all 3 nights we were there, but the condo’s insulation was good enough to keep it from being too loud inside. All in all – Loved the condo and the price is more then right. We would return again on our next trip to Puerto Penasco. Also, wanted to say that Dan was very prompt with sending the keys and bracelets (before our trip) and the deposit afterwards. Thank you! Maria

Just got back. Your condos were very nice and very well equipped, I really liked the decor in the penthouse condo. Just want to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we can rent from you again next year. Again, thank you very much!!!!

We had a great time at the Penthouse. It was a home away from home, it had everything you needed and more. We felt safe at all times, the surroundings were beautiful and quiet. Our girls enjoyed all 3 pools; you're at a walking distance from the beach. We were so comfortable, we didn't want to leave. I definetly recommend staying at Casa Blanca Villas, especially at the Penthouse :) We loved it so much that we are planning another trip soon.

This was a great place to stay. One of my best experiences in Rocky Point. This place is only a short drive from some of the best bars and restaurants around. The place was clean and the A/C worked like a charm! The pool was pretty awsome too.

This Penthouse is just Beautiful. Very large Condo. Very clean, very secure. Very close to the ocean. Just minutes away from Shops and Nightlife. The resort is very quite, and has a very cool 18 hole putting green golf course, wonderful pools. A Great Bargin. Will stay again.

This is my favorite place to go. The stress just melts away. The accomodations are amazing and the penthouse is very festive and in perfect conditon. Nice views from the large balcony.The security on Casa Blanca was excellent. We always fell very safe here. Looking forward to my next get away.

Our first trip to Puerto Penasco will not be our last trip to Puerto Penasco, and much of the credit for that goes to Dan and his terrific Penthouse on Sandy Beach at Casa Blanca. We were only there for 4 days but it was a great 4 days with terrific weather, amazingly friendly locals, and a fantastic home away from home. Okay, this home might be a little nicer than my home, at least the view is much nicer. And even though the resort is still working on the pool below the condo, as well as the new building beside us, that does not detract from the experience at all. There were at least three other pools nearby, and at least one was heated. We swam, we played golf (putt putt), went to the beach, went next door and rented ATV's to drive in the desert which happens to be just across the street (very convenient). The beach is beautiful and the fishing is great. And if Dan (the owner) suggests you do something, just do it, he will not let you down. We even called him from a restaurant on a Sunday night to ask what to order and he told us and it was our best meal of the weekend. So when you go to Rocky Point make sure you stay at this penthouse, you will not be dissappointed, in fact you will not want to leave.

We loved everything about this place, the mexican decor, the amenities. Somehow, this spot of the beach was never crowded which we loved. Will totally come back here. Price was also good. The only downside:3rd floor with no elevator. Other than that everything was perfect!
