2 Bedroom 1 bath home VERY close to the beach.
This home sits just 1 home away from the beach access. Plenty of parking for guests. Enter in on the top floor into the living room. There is a sliding glass door off of the living room out to a back deck.
Split floor plan with the kitchen, living room and dining area on one side, bedrooms on the other. Large bedroom and kitchen has access to the "ocean side" deck where there is plenty of deck furniture for you to lounge in.
The ocean side deck wraps around to the front side of the house and there is also a staircase on the ocean side that serves as a shortcut to the beach access. There is a shared bathroom/shower between the two bedrooms.
Two queen size beds in each of the bedrooms. The ocean side bedroom is a great deal larger than the sound side bedroom. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room if you need room for extra guests.
