Avid outdoorsman Phil Culberson’s dream turned into reality when he created Kowiki Lodges, an outdoor paradise in Central Texas. As retired real estate investor, Phil recognized the potential of this old lodge house back in 2005 when he discovered the property sitting atop a scenic vista overlooking Coleman, Texas.
