This lovely condominium is located near one of the most beautiful lakes in the world - Lake Tahoe. The lake is surrounded by the magnificent Sierra mountains and borders both California and Nevada. Explore year round recreation.
Lake Tahoe is home to 15 ski resorts; the Diamond Peak ski resort is within one half mile of our unit and most of the other ski resorts are within a thirty minute drive. Discount cards for Diamond Peak are provided. Card also helps gain entrance to Incline's Recreation Center (with indoor pool) and in the summer our two private beaches.
When the snow melts enjoy the lake and land activities such as lake cruises, river rafting, 24 hour night-life, hot air balloons, Shakespeare plays, etc. Our condo is located one mile from the lake and the Hyatt Regency Resort and Casino. Explore the beautiful lake while being close to casinos and restaurants (many with lakefront dining.)
When arriving at the condo you'll park on the ground level under the building. You then take an elevator to the third level to our condo. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own master bath with a large jacuzzi tub. This condo has all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen. The large living room has an alcove with double bed futon and "pull-out" wall for privacy. The second bath is off the dining room. Upstairs is the loft area with two twin beds.
Our unit has a wood burning fireplace for your enjoyment. There is also a small patio with table,chairs and BBQ. Sorry, no smoking inside for the health and comfort of all our guests. Pets are not allowed.
Bedding consists of 1 queen, two twins and 1 double futon. All linens are provided.

Spring/Fall .... $110/night .. $660/week
Winter/Summer .. $150/night .. $895/week
Two night minimum. $110 Cleaning Fee will be added. Holiday rates are higher.
If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund,
but we would be happy to reschedule your stay to another time within the next
six months. Sorry, no refund for early check-out.

What a great condo! We had a fantastic time. We skied Diamond Peak, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, Northstar and Homewood this week and Heavenly last week while in your So. Shore condo. Alpine was a great resort in terms of variety. Powder by the foot! Squaw Valley is a love or hate resort and we still hate it. Northstar has great atmosphere, is well organized and good terrain parks. Find of the holiday was Homewood - what a great old wordly resort. Cheap passes, powder runs, groomed runs, friendly staff and general happy feeling. Happy New Year.

Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay while my daughter had a blast at the Tahoe Adaptive Ski School at Alpine Meadows. Your home was very comfortable, tidy and so well organized. Everything needed in the kitchen to extra quilts in the closets. It was a great place to come back to after a long day of fun. A place that felt like home, well cared for and so many thoughtful touches including videos, stereo, etc. It is not easy to find wheelchair accessible accommodations so thank you again for making this trip possible. We'll be back.

We had a great time! Your attention to detail and organization is terrific. It was a pleasure staying in such clean and well stocked accommodations. The kids brought their own games and books but did not use them as they were having such a good time exploring the closet with all the games, books and puzzles that were there. Thank you.
