This lovely condominium is located near one of the most beautiful lakes in the world - Lake Tahoe. The lake is surrounded by the magnificent Sierra mountains and borders both California and Nevada. Explore year round recreation.
Lake Tahoe is home to 15 ski resorts; the Diamond Peak ski resort is within one half mile of our unit and most of the other ski resorts are within a thirty minute drive. Discount cards for Diamond Peak are provided. Card also helps gain entrance to Incline's Recreation Center (with indoor pool) and in the summer our two private beaches.
When the snow melts enjoy the lake and land activities such as lake cruises, river rafting, 24 hour night-life, hot air balloons, Shakespeare plays, etc. Our condo is located one mile from the lake and the Hyatt Regency Resort and Casino. Explore the beautiful lake while being close to casinos and restaurants (many with lakefront dining.)
When arriving at the condo you'll park on the ground level under the building. You then take an elevator to the third level to our condo. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own master bath with a large jacuzzi tub. This condo has all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen. The large living room has an alcove with double bed futon and "pull-out" wall for privacy. The second bath is off the dining room. Upstairs is the loft area with two twin beds. We consider the loft a 2nd bedroom.
Our unit has a wood burning fireplace for your enjoyment. There is also a small patio with table,chairs and BBQ. Sorry, no smoking inside for the health and comfort of all our guests. Pets are not allowed.
Bedding consists of 1 queen, two twins and 1 double futon. All linens are provided.
Due to the wide hallway and doorways condo is wheel chair
accessible.

Two night minimum. Cleaning Fee will be added. Holiday rates are higher.
If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund,
but we would be happy to reschedule your stay to another time within the next
six months. Sorry, no refund for early check-out.

Condo was perfect for us. Girls are 7 and 5 and had so much fun and enjoyed their own "room" upstairs in the loft. We had a blast sledding on Northwoods Blvd. Thank you for supplying the sleds. Also spent a great day skiing at Diamond Peak. A great place for kids to ski. We hope to return here and enjoy many more fun family vacations. Thanks so much.

We came from Czech Republic, Europe and skied at Heavenly, Diamond Peak, Squew Valley and Northstar. The snow conditions were perfect. Condo was well equipped and definitely one of the best accommodations we experienced during our U.S. visit. Thanks.

Wonderful time in Incline Village and Lake Tahoe. The highlight would have to be taking the kids parasailing for the first time in Kings Beach (ages 7 and 9). We also loved spending time at Inclines beautiful beaches and we also loved the bowling alley in town. The condo was perfect for our family. We ate at Crosbys four times!! We will definitely be in contact for our next trip.

We loved your condo. My teenager loved your book collection, my five year old loved your movie collection and the baby loved your toys. We would love to come back in the summer. Condo was wonderful.

We can tell you've thought about the little things that make a condo stay like home. Nicely furnished condo. We appreciated the restaurant menus, extra beach towels, BBQ grill, videos, etc. Thanks for all your help during the booking stage.

Most hotels were booked for the holiday weekend so this was a perfect alternative. It had that "at home" feeling that a hotel could never match. We drove around the lake and took lots of pics. We will definitely be back and will also refer you to our friends. Thanks.
