Stepping off of the Ferry is to fall in love with Haig Point and Daufuskie Island. All of the amenities of resort living without the cars, traffic, crowds and headaches...Naturalized Setting, great for long quiet walks on the beach, no fight for a spot on the sand or a chair at the pool. Tee times are easy to arrange, life is at a slower pace and we just love to step out of the rat race to regenerate at Haig Point!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Beautiful Island that you take a private ferry boat to...use golf carts to get around on the island. Relaxing and private but close to all of Hilton Head Island amenities. A quick water taxi and you are in Harbor Town in 5 minutes to enjoy the hub bub of the "other side" A golf cart ride will take you to tour this historic island, visit the one room school house where Pat Conroy taught in The Water is Wide, enjoy some good food and the blues at Marshside Mamas, walk the beach at Bloody Point.

My family stayed at this beautiful home this past July. This was our third vacation on Daufuskie Island and as always, we could not have enjoyed it more. This home is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The listing is very accurate and the home is even nicer than depicted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the home. The owner was fantastic to deal with and always prompt in getting back with me. The staff at Haig Point always meets the mark of exemplary service. If you are looking for a nice vacation surrounded by family, as well as opportunities to relax and enjoy, then you will love it here!

This island is truly a special place! This Haig Point property was outstanding in every way and dining at the Calibogue Club overlooking the sound was a perfect setting to enjoy a fabulous meal with our family. Everyone loved scooting around the island in golf carts. We took to 5 minute boat ride to Hilton Head and enjoyed shopping while the other half of our group enjoyed golf. On our last night, Marshside Momma's provided us with a fun evening with southern fare, music, dancing and a beautiful sunset.

I have been extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in this beautiful Haig Point Townhome on 2 separate occassions. The home is conveniently located with the main building and dock and offers tremendous views. The amenities of the home are top-drawer and is welcoming to the visitor immediately upon entering the front door. The interior design, furnishings, and layout of the this well designed home makes for a relaxing and comfortable stay. While there are other options available in Haig Point, this home will continue to be my first choice when I return!!
