Exceptional 2-bedroom 2-bath corner unit. This condo was totally remodeled in 2009 in a contemporary beach theme featuring new flooring, granite, custom cabinets, wet bar, lighting, and much more. The all one level floor plan has 18ft.ceilings, expensive furniture with intriguing artwork. Relax on plush leather sofas around a marble table while watching the flat panel HDTV (w/HBO) or a DVD from the video library(wireless internet included). Enjoy your favorite CD on the Boise Wave Radio/CD player. Custom wood cabinets and lighting throughout the kitchen. Both bedrooms have a TV, CD player, I-pod dock, and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom features a king-sized pillowtop mattress and adjacent sitting area. Two plush robes are provided. Guest bedroom has a queen bed. Both are high quaility beds covered in 300 count or higher linens. Walk-in utility room offers full size washer and dryer, janitor sink, and clothes rack. Stay cool by two individually controlled A/C units. Extra pillows, towels, soap, shampoo, beach chairs and towels are provided.
This unit does not have an ocean view, but my guests will have access to the expansive 7th floor sundeck sitting areas to enjoy the awesome ocean view. This condo is not a typical rental unit, but a true luxury condo. Sunchase is a gated community with on-site security and property management. Begin the day at the heated pool(w/waterfalls), large walk-in hot tub, fitness center, tennis & racquetball courts, or at the beach. Come and enjoy this unique property! Call for same week rates.

this was one of the best condos we have ever stayed. condo is beautifully decorated. this condo is stocked with everything you can thk of. i would highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We have owned three condos on the island since 2004. We updated and improved each condo. Our business plan has been to furnish and provide our guests with many extras not available with most rental units. We have many return guests each year.

Great, clean, and safe beaches. Good fishing. Great weather with fantastic sunsets and fireworks over the bay on Fridays during the summer.
