Welcome to Ski Town USA! This luxurious three level townhome is right down the street from the Silver Bullet Gondola. You can walk to the mountain (2.5 blocks) or jump on the free bus (we are one of the first stops on the route!). This spacious townhome will sleep thirteen people (4bd/3.5ba w/2 car garage – 3,585 sq feet) and has plenty of room for everyone to relax while you enjoy your vacation to Steamboat Springs.
On the first floor is the main living area with gas fireplace and two story windows providing plenty of natural light, a large dining room with additional bar seating and a fully equipped kitchen with slab granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Off the living room is access to a large deck with gas grill and your own private hot tub to relax in! Also attached to the first floor is a heated two car garage, so don’t worry about having to shovel your vehicle out from the foot of fresh snow that fell overnight!
On the second floor is the master bedroom with king bed and 5 piece master bath. Adjacent to this are 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds, plenty of closet space, full bathroom, and access to a private second floor deck! The stairs then take you up to the 3rd floor and a large bonus/rec room where the kids can get away! The additional living room has a queen sleeper sofa and bunk bed that is tucked away in the corner for additional sleeping quarters. Off of this room is the 4th bedroom that includes 2 queen beds as well as access to a full bathroom.

Beautiful condo! It was very spacious, accommodating our large party. We enjoyed the private hot tub each night after coming down from the slopes. It is close to the bus route which picks up every 20 minutes. May need to request extra towels. Overall it was a fantastic vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our group of 15 had a great time in Steamboat. The condo was perfect for 4 families! Great location-first stop on the bus line. The property manager was great to work with- he checked to be sure we had everything we needed. We hope to be back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Everything was as expected or better. The property was clean and ready when we arrived. I would recommend this property to others. The location is great, with a short bus ride or walk to the gondola.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We had family and friends come to quilt all weekend. Beautiful home and lots of room. The home had all we needed and more. The location is perfect. Close to walking paths and bus routes. This house is great - with Spacious rooms throughout the house. The large open living area and dining room accomodate a large number of people, furnishings are comfortable & inviting. I loved the great breakfast bar and the kitchen offered everything we needed. On the second level: Every bedroom opens to an outside deck! It's just beautiful. The master bedroom and bath are large & luxurious. Plus the upper level offers a get-away area for the kids, with a flat screen TV, 3/4bath, and plenty of area for them. There are walking and biking paths in every direction. It was very easy to find this location and also easy to get around to other locations nearby, such as grocery and sports stores. I liked the oversized two car garage, with room for more outside parking, if needed, various entrances made it easy for all of us to come & go. So I can not only provide input towards the little things you wonder about . . . such as the best restaurants in town, but I can also give you a locals perspective on all the best places to fish, mountain bike, snowshoe, find the leftover powder stashes and all the other activities that keep people coming back to our Mountain town.
