This is a desirable, prestigious, quiet, gated community with EVERYTHING! It includes a 5-acre lake with lighted fountains and floating dock, sandy beach with lounges and tables, beautiful clubhouse with TVs, fully equipped gym with TVs, heated pool and Jacuzzi, lighted tennis courts, bike and walking paths, tropical landscaping and IS CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING. You are within walking distance to the renowned Bunche Beach which is approximately 1 mile from the rental unit. Or, you can ride a bike or drive your car there. A quiet beach to relax in the sun, play "water games", kayak, jet ski, or just watch the sun set. The bridge that takes you to Sanibel Island and Captiva Island is less than 2 miles and less than 10 minutes from the Unit. These beaches are renowned for the beauty and the shells. You can walk to the shopping center which is "next door" to the Unit for groceries, restaurants, laundry facility and an outlet mall which is across the street. You are only 20 minutes from the Ft. Myers Airport. You are within minutes to numerous beautiful WCI Championship golf courses, restaurants and lots of shopping!
The unit was one of the sales models, it is an open "great room" unit and has many extra features that set it apart. It has beautiful wide crown molding and plantation shutters. The spacious kitchen includes a breakfast nook with table and chairs for a beautiful view of the lake while enjoying your morning coffee or tea. The kitchen has corian counter tops, upgraded faucets, upgraded cabinets, and upgraded appliances, which includes a water filter on the side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. The Kitchen is open, but is semi-separated from the dining/living area by a high breakfast bar with corian top and two bar stools.
A fully furnished unit with everything needed, including linens and towels, for an enjoyable vacation home. The living area includes a 50-inch large screen TV with DVD and VCR, kid-soft leather sofa, loveseat and over-size lounge chair, a cocktail table, two end tables, two lamps and other decorative furnishings and items. The master bed room includes a queen bed, a chest of drawers, two bed tables, 2 lamps, a recliner chair and TV with VCR. The adjoining master bath is at the end of a row of spacious closets with a separate commode room, large walk-in tile shower, his and her sinks with lots of counter space. The second bedroom has a trundle bed which sleeps 2 comfortably, a large dresser with lots of drawers, lamps, TV with VCR and a spacious walk-in closet. The 2nd bath is a tub/shower with nice vanity. I was told most all of the furnishings came from Robb and Stuckey. There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, hanger-shelves, iron, ironing board, vacuum and hand vac.
The Unit is on the "1st floor" but is 1 story off the ground for a great view. The elevator or stairs deliver you right to your entrance door from the garage area. There is a spacious 2-car garage with remote opener included with your rental. You also have a trash drop opposite your entrance door for convenient trash disposal.
