Our house is located on popular Pea Hill Creek, in the North East quadrant of Lake Gaston, just in Virginia. While staying at our house, you enjoy a quiet friendly neighborhood and a beautiful view that can be enjoyed from the 65 foot deck that runs across the lakeside of the house, or from the kitchen, den, or master bedroom. Whether you are just wanting to get away to a nice peaceful setting, or take part in water sports, this is a great place to do it!
The property is 1.25 acres and 198 feet of bulk-headed waterfront (which means a 'clean' water-line!). There is a bumpered boatslip for docking a watercraft (no dock, see pictures) and an area to the far side of the property that is good for swimming.
King bed in Master bedroom, 1 queen and 1 full in bedroom 2 and 1 queen in bedroom 3.

When we rented at Lake Gaston before owning this house, our stipulations were that the house/property was waterfront, was neat and clean, there was a place to dock our boat, there was a place for my kids to swim and that the waterline was not "snakey" (if that is a word -- in other words a clean water line), and not too expensive. This house meets all of these.
Lake Gaston information:
Lake Gaston has 350 miles of shoreline reaching five counties in the two states of North Carolina and Virginia. It is located on the VA/NC border between I-85 on the West, and I-95 on the East, Lake Gaston is approximately 1.5 hours south of Richmond, VA and about 2 hours north of Raleigh, NC.
