The Residence features two swimming pools, tennis courts, gardens, and hiking trails. Several restaurants, shops, a hotel, and a bakery with fresh Focaccia bread, are a 5 -10 minute walk down the hill.
This apartment is ideal for people who want either to immerse themselves in Italian lifestyle or use it as a base for exploring the picturesque coastline and visiting quaint seaside towns including: Santa Margherita (15 min), Camogli (10 min), Rapallo (15 min), Portofino (20 min), and Recco (10 min). The tiny villages of Cinque Terre, famous for the hiking paths that run between them is approximately 1 - 1.5 hours away, and in the middle of the coast is Genoa, (40 minutes), Italy's busiest port and the center of the region’s cultural attractions.

Year Purchased: 1998
Part of my family lives in Italy, and though I grew up in the US, I used to go back to Italy frequently to visit my family. My aunt and her friends spent all their vacations at this resort since the 1970's! My favorite memory is when I was ~5 years old, I used to go to the resort's on-site restaurant (temporarily closed) several times a day for ice cream and never got charged (which only encouraged the habit)! Little did I know my aunt was getting the bill.

When my aunt passed away, she left this property to me. I have so many wonderful memories from staying here and would like to share the experience!
