The perfect place for your family's vacation! Unit C at The Surfrider is just a short walk down a residential street (with no other streets to cross) to Dewey's famous, well guarded beach. Complimentary beach chairs and beach umbrellas are provided for our guests!
Family fun in Dewey includes skimboarding, Bon-fires, movie nights on the beach and the exciting amusements at the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. Families can access the Boardwalk without ever touching their car by riding the Jolly Trolly which picks up right on the corner.
Dewey Beach is known as the walking resort for a reason. Everything is in walking distance, the beach, the abundant fine restaurants, and the fabulous entertainment venues.

I am a true Dewey Beach native. Born and raised here, one of the few left. My Grandfather rented small beach cottages here in Dewey since the early 40's. My Father and Mother, Bill and Thelma Wilson ran the family business Wilson's Variety Store with apartments above for nearly 40 years. Now my wife Donna and I are proud to be a third generation accommodation providers with our town homes at The Surfrider Condominium. Our guests enjoy clean well maintained accommodations because the cleaning and maintenance crews don't leave until I inspect the work they have done. I love Dewey Beach and I think you will too. The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Living in the Ocean block is awesome! There is so much to be said for simply grabbing a cup of coffee and walking down to the beach to watch the morning unfold. It's also nice to be able to leave the beach to use the bathroom or make lunch for the family and be back to your beach chair in only 5 to 10 minutes.
