  Once again another great vacation in E-204 at Southeaster. The complex is well maintained. There are not a lot of units in this condo complex especially for the two giant pools, and two kiddie pools, that are there. We spent every morning at the beach and the rest of the day at the pools. It is a very nice, quiet, relaxing place. The seawall is a large patio with pool-lounge chairs so you can watch the kids on the beach if you don't feel like getting in the sand. The kitchen in the condo is extremely well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. There is a full size refrigerator, oven/stove and a microwave in the kitchen. There are plenty of linens and towels. The laundry room is very close to the room and we never had to wait for a washer or dryer. We took our four kids again so washing clothes is a necessity. The balcony overlooks the swimming pools. There is a storage box with beach/pool toys on the balcony. My wife and I, along with our four kids, ages 10, 10, 11 and 12 had plenty of room in the condo unit. There is a half bath downstairs and two full baths, one for each bedroom upstairs. There is a game room in the complex including fooseball (sic), a pool table and internet access. The kids enjoyed this especially when they wanted a break from the sun. It seems that the condo complex is full of owners and/or regulars as everyone seems to know each other. Our kids made fast friends with several of the others there. The owner called to check on us early in the stay. The place is extremely quiet, relaxing and recharges your batteries. If you're looking for a place to party, this is not it. :) We can't wait to come back next year.

  The condo was very clean and everything worked fine with the exception of the exhaust fan in the master bath which was promptly fixed when we contacted the property manager. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped an there was a very large, late model flat screen TV in the living area. The complex is great...two pools and pleny of lounge chairs and tables on the decks. Easy beach access and nice laundry facility. Also, the owner called the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok. Nice touch! The only complaint and the reason why I didn't give the condo five stars was the curtain/blinds (or lack thereof) in the master bedroom. There was only a thin, almost transparent curtain over a very large window allowing a lot of light in at daybreak making sleeping-in impossible. This is something we like to do on vacation and others probably do as well. Therefore I would recommend a new curtain or adding blinds. Otherwise a very nice stay in a very nice condo. Thank you.

We took note of your comment about the light curtain; we've had many requests from folks who want the ocean air and sun coming in, we tried to find something in between.   We stayed at the property for spring break with our four kids. We loved the condo, and fit us great. The condo was extremely clean and everything was in good working condition. The owners called to check in mid week to make sure everything was going ok. The room with three twin beds worked perfect as we were able to move one bed over to fit a twin blow up mattress on the ground. The tv in the main room was great to watch sports on, the little bit we were in the room. Overall I would give it five out of five stars. The only downside of the condo is you can only see just a little part of the ocean from the balcony, but we plan on making this a yearly stop.

• Great Vacation

  My wife and I spent Spring Break with our four children. Plenty of room for us. Condo complex and beach was always clean. Two large pools and two kid pools for a relatively small complex means the pool was never crowded. Owner called to check on us our first night and to ensure everything was acceptable. Feels secluded but you're only 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to return. Kids said it was their best vacation ever.
